I seem to have this issue with trying to save reports to the report server that is in my company network. I also get another error when I try to click edit in power bi desktop on the web portal. When I try to do the same thing on the machine that hosts the report server I can save reports perfectly fine. If I were to edit a paginated report or upload it to the server through Report Builder desktop app, it works perfectly fine on my computer.
I went through the error logs and I find that I get this warning everytime I try to publish a report from the desktop app from my computer: "Received a request with an unmatched or no authentication scheme. 401".
For now, I pretty much have to download or upload the pbix files on the portal which is extremely tedious.

I am using the latest version of Power BI Desktop optimized and the report server. Like I said earlier, publishing reports from the desktop app in the actual machine that hosts the report server works perfectly fine. I believe it has something to do with the fact the machine that hosts the server only has local windows accounts which is why its able to publish from within the same computer but not on mine.
Edit: I managed to fix this by adding the windows login of the report server machine to windows credential manager on my computer.
Hi @Anonymous .
The error message "Received a request with an unmatched or no authentication scheme. 401" indicates that the authentication token or method used by your Power BI Desktop application is not recognized by the report server, or possibly, the authentication token is not being sent at all.
Ensure that your computer is correctly configured to communicate with the report server within your company's network.
Ensure that you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop optimized for Power BI Report Server.
Verify that your user account has the necessary permissions on the report server to publish reports.
If it still does not help, please provide more details.
Best Regards
