Unexpected error encoutered when opening report with Power BI Desktop - Needs to be in same domain?

I have greate reports deployed to Report Server with Power BI Desktop by developer as localhost in Report Server VM, but cannot open reports with Power BI Desktop by another users opening from Laptop not in same domain with Report Server VM. What could be wrong?

Case 1:

1. I open Report Server with IE. 

2. I click Edit in Power BI Desktop

3. Power BI Desktop is opened but error is shown "Unexpected rrror encoutered"

Case 2:

1. I open Power BI Desktop

2. Open from Power BI Report Server

3. I input report url, but error is shown "Unexpected error encoutered"
