Unable to verify report server URL on Power BI Mobile App

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone been able to get past this issue where when trying to connect your externally facing (sits behind a citrix netscaler gateway) on-premise Power BI Report Server (Version 1.6.7327.3007 (January 2020))  and constantly getting the following error message:

I've tried the following variations but to no avail:

1. https://<servername>.<wildcard>.com/pbireports
2. https://<servername>.<wildcard>.com/pbireportserver
3. http://<servername>.<wildcard>.com/pbireports
4. https://<servername>.<wildcard>.com:443/pbireports
5. <servername>.<wildcard>.com/pbireports
6. https://<ipaddress>.<wildcard>.com/pbireports
7. https://<ipaddress>/pbireports

Also i can confirm i access my power bi report server externally and this was tested with my cellular data outside any networks/vpn connections.
