Unable to upload .Rdl to PowerBI report server

Hi ,

I have installed PowerBI report server (January 2020) and unable to upload .rdl file . This is giving below error 

I have added the local host to host header still this error did not resolved and I am unable to browse Reportserver URL as well. Please suggest any resolution how to upload .rdl file to PowerBI report server.
