Good afternoon, community.
For the past few days, I have been encountering an issue while attempting to upload the .pbix file to my portal. It consistently shows the following error message:
An error occurred while loading your .pbix file. Please check if the file has not been corrupted and if the file extension matches its format.
Honestly, I have no clue what might have caused this issue. The .pbix file is not corrupted (it works perfectly fine), and I'm using the same version as well. If anyone could provide some insights into this problem, it would be greatly appreciated because it's really bothering me.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Hi, so you checked if the Report Server is the same Version or below the Desktop Version? Then I would recommend to check if you can upload another new created file? If yes then there is something weird with your Report Server/Desktop.
Best,
Kathrin
