Unable to run report from Report Builder without admin group membership on report server
Hi dmarchant,
I'm more surprised that they can connect at all using a shared dataset. As far as I know, this isn't supported.

Right, and the user is using his windows credentials. He is part of a group that has read access to the database used by the data source. He can even go out to that database directly and query it without issue. He just can't seem to use the shared data source when the report runs (though like I said, he can initially connect to the data source fine and even refresh the fields in the report's dataset).
