Unable to publish to Power BI Report Server

Hi. I am unable to publish the Power BI reports to Power BI Report Server. PBI RS is in a different server and I have windows Administrator and SQL sysadmin permissions on it. I also have System Administrator role in the Site Settings and Content Manager, Publisher, Report Builder roles on the RS web portal. I am trying to upload locally by doing rdp to the server.                      I am unable to upload or publish but the existing Administrator of that server is able to upload/publish the same reports. Please let me know what additional permissions do I need. 

Getting the error "An error has occured. Something went wrong. Please try again later" while trying to upload the report.

Getting the error "An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Server" when trying to open it & save to Power BI. 

I checked the Report Server log & I find below.

You don't need admin rights on the local server or on SQL to upload reports. You should just need content manager or publisher rights on the folder. 

It looks like maybe something has gone wrong with your url reservations. I've never seen that sort of error before and I think you will need to raise a ticket with Microsoft Support to get this sorted out. This looks like something has been misconfigured.
