Unable to pin and create dashboard in Power BI Report Server

Hi,

I have a fresh installation of Power BI Report Server Version 1.12.7936.39665(September 2021).

I can’t find pin icon to create new dashboard.

And I can't see the “Pin to Power BI Dashboard” button on the report viewer toolbar .

Has anyone else encountered this?

 Thanks!

PS. I have set up the Power BI service (cloud) and connected to Power BI.

Hi, @sally113 

The normal visual in report server report can't be pinned to dashboard. 

The feature you mentioned is for pagination reports items.

Report server can be regarded as a local service, and service is an online service, they are very different.

Hi Sally! That option will appear after you click on the "Pin to power BI Dash" in toolbar. It dsnt appear on individual graphs in the Report Server report. Once you click that you will have all eligible graphs/report components listed in a shaded frame to chose from and then you can proceed with pinning them .
