Unable to open reports deployed to Power BI Report Server from mobile devices with FQDN

Hello,

I have created an SSRS report and deployed it to report server. The report has a subscription set up to email report links via email. Mobile phone users open this email and click on the link. If the link has URL that contains FQDN then report will open otherwise it will not.  A FQDN is required in order for links to internal resources to work from mobile devices when VPN is used.  FQDN is not required when accessing the Report Server from desktop/laptops.  How can I include the FQDN as an alternative URL when accessing the Report Server?

Edit#1: I want to also mention that I've configured Kerboros to be used on the Report Server.  When I search the spns that are configured, the FQDN link and the non FQDN link are setup.  So, is there a way, for the subscription configured in the SSRS report, to send the link to include the FQDN?

Edit#2: I found that changing the report url from a subscription can be accomplished by setting the UrlRoot element in RSReportServer.config. I've followed the steps from here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/install-windows/configure-a-url-ssrs-configu....  In Report Server Configuration Manager, under Web Portal URL, I'd clicked the Advanced button, clicked the Add button under the Multiple HTTP Identities...section, selected Host Header Name, and typed in my FQDN url (i.e servername.domain), clicked Ok. I'd recieved an error once I'd clicked the Ok button. Are the steps that I'd implemented correct in accomplishing changing the report url in a subscription?

Following the link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server/rsreportserver-config-configur... solved my issue.  I was able to add a value between the UrlRoot element under in RSReportServer.config.
