Unable to open PowerBI File

Hi I'm not able to open a Power BI Report Server file.

 

The file was created to my local machine using "August 2017" update

 

Then try to open it on development Server where PowerBI version is "June 2017". I am not sure if this is related to version.

    You cannot use a newer PowerBI Desktop against an older PowerBI Report Server.  Try authoring and publishing reports that are the same version. To help, you can use the download link in the server portal, that will always direct you to the corresponding version of PBI Desktop.
