I cannot access to dashboards on server and got the following error.

Unable to load the data model for your Power BI report.

The Analysis Server instance has experienced an error and is not available. Please contact your system administrator.:

Please try to restart the PBIRS service in Report Server Configuration Manager.

The error message indicates that your on-premise Report Server is down or not accessible.  Have you talked to the owner of that server?

I've just checked it, and Report Server is running.
