Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout
Hi Getting below error while trying to connect to postgresql database through gateway in https://app.powerbi.com/. I am able to connect from the powerBI desktop app. I installed Npgsql version 4.0.10.0. but no luck
Please help on this.
Error:
Unable to create connection for the following reason: Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. Please verify the data source configuration and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot this issue.

Check if have 64bit version of postgre driver you have installed on on-premise gateway machine
