Unable to connect to remote server

Hello ,
I am unable to connect to one of the data table in Power Query which is merged with Flat file (I dont have acces to) ,
  when I try to load that table I couldnt do it  is ist because of RLS on taht table or any other reason ?

This should not be an RLS issue as you are viewing the data in the Power Query. Are you able to view the data for the step before merge transformation step? (In the right side of your power query you will be able to see all the applied steps. Click on the step which is actually extracting the data from the remote server)

If yes, then it could be a flat file access issue.
