I hit the endpoint https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/token with username, and password, and it return token to me.
Then I used that to show the reports in my webpage.
But when I enable the MFA for that user, then it gives me error response: "Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access".
What I need to change in my code to run it smoothly. Or There is any other solution for this.

You cannot fix this in your code. If the account is enabled for MFA then it cannot generate a token without someone responding to the MFA challenge. You probably need to get an exception from MFA for this account or look using the Power BI Embedded functionality Power BI in Your Apps | Microsoft Power BI
