Unable to add new scheduled refresh plan

Good day,

Using a 2020 version of power bi report server I am unable to create a new scheduled refresh plan.

 

I get the following error "An error has occured. Something went wrong. Please try again later."

 

After that the page is stuck with a spinning "Loading..." message showing

For this kind of known issue, first try update to the newest report server version. I remember there were some bugs in the 2020 oct version regarding to schedule refresh, which are fixed in the Jan 2021 version.
