Unable to access reports
Hi All,
We (myself and three othe team members from technical documentation) have requested for access multiple times here, yet the reports are not accessible. We are over VPN and request to access was submitted more than a week ago. Please help.

Did you make sure that the administrator received the request and agreed to access?
The easiest way is to directly grant permissions to users:Grant user access to a report server - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Microsoft Docs
