Unable to Upgrade Developer Edition 2019 Sep -> May 2020

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade our development enviroment from Power BI Report Server September 2019 Developer Edition to May 2020.

However i'm not able to proceed with the installation process as seen in the below screenshots:

Any idea why i can't proceed?

That's the screen you get if you've already run the upgrade. if you go to question mark in your report portal and then click about does it still show the Sep 2019 version? What version number does it show if you go to http://<your server>/reportserver

It wasn't upgraded to the latest version, still the same as seen in the below screenshot

And its still not allowing me to proceed in the installation.

Any suggestion in this case would be appreciated.

Hmm, I don't know. Something appears to be making the installer think it's already done the upgrade. Maybe try running a repair or doing and uninstall/re-install.
