Unable to Set up Email Subscription on Power BI Report Server

Hi All,

 

I am new to power BI. I have built a report and uploaded on power BI report server. Now, I want a page of the report to be sent to users email. When I click "My Subscriptions" on the report server, I don't see any option to set this up. Please help

 

 

I have put in SMTP settings in the Report Server Configuration Manager (Sender Address, SMTP delivery method, SMTP server and Authentication)

    Hey there,

     

    You cannot do what you are looking for.  Best advice is to set up that sheet as a separate paginated report to then set up subscription upon it.

      Thanks for your reply. Please can you elaborate more on "setting up the sheet as a separate paginated report?"

       

      Currently, my report has 4 pages. It is one of the page that I want Power BI to email daily to users who subscribe.
