Turnoff the export options
I assume that you are talking about the paginated report export options here.
If this is correct you can do this by editing the rsreportserver.config file on the server to remove the Rendering Extensions that you do not require.

According to your description, Report Builder to export a paginated report is an extension of the plugin. For more details, you can read related document.
So as d_gosbell said. You can edite the rsreportserver.config file on the server to remove the Rendering Extensions.
