Truncated Folder/Report Titles
Hi cb1017 ,
You can use Portal V2 in your current version and then the folder name will be displayed in its entirety.
You can connect to Report Services in SSMS and then open the Properties.
Then change "UsePortalV2" from "False" to "True" in Advanced.
Best Regards,
Icey

This looks like an older version of the Portal. Have you tested this with the current January 2022 release? They have updated the portal styling and I cannot replicate the issue you have here.

Thank you, d_gosbell! We are still on the May 2021 version of PBIRS, so that may, indeed, be the issue. We'll make sure to be on the lookout for this improvement when the time comes for us to upgrade to a newer version of the platform.

Hi Icey ,
We actually aren't seeing this "UsePortalV2" property within our reporting server options. We checked with our Server Engineering folks and it seems that doing an upgrade to the January 2022 version is probably our best best, as the change log shows that the UsePortalV2 option has actually been removed in that version.
If you have any other thoughts as to how to find this property in our current PBIRS version (May 2021), please let me know! Thanks.
