Trouble with filtering

I am having trouble with the filtering function.  I use the Power BI system to track EAMs that are sheduled to come into my building/center.  When I go to filter the EAM tracking page for my assigned buliding/center I can not get the building nor the center to show/populate.  I am in the 0733 Chesepeak region/district and in the NJLAW builing SLIC 0801 but I those values are not available when filtered to show the building nor the center SLIC.  Is there a rememdy to this situation?...BB

    This is a public community forum. You probably need to contact someone in your IT department who is familiar with your specific data and reports to answer a question like this.
