Trouble manually refreshing dataset

Hi, I have set my dataset to auto refresh every morning at 4am. This dataset comes from an SAP query, using the "get data > database -> SAP business warehouse message server".

 

I have tried to have a user refresh the dataset but it does not work. I would also like to give users the ability to refresh on their own.

Is this possible?
