Tooltip selection with date slicer

Hi everyone,

I have a question and I hope some of you can be of assistance. 

The situation is as follows: I have a report page that show different KPI's (lets say customer satisfaction, sales, budget minus realisation and so on).

I use below tooltip to show high/low lights and actions and other visuals.

The question is as follows:

When i keep my history of different tooltips info over different months (so: different tooltip pages for each month), can I use a slicer to select these different tooltip pages?

Lets say first I show the KPI for february with the tooltip for february aswell. 

Next, I use a slicer to select january, and now i want the KPI to show january and the tooltip for january aswell.
