Hiii,
I am aware that the official-common way to print dashboard in powerbi : is using file tab-> print on PBIRS webportal.
But Is it possible in powerbi report server may 2020 to do following please:
1. toogle ctrl+P (to save as pdf /print directly in printer) using query string? (so querystring would act as somekind like action in button visual inside dashboard)
2, Hide a textbox upon hitting ctrl+P ? (this textbox will act as a notification message to our user to hit ctrl+P in case they need to print dashboard)
If not, possible any other idea please?

I'm afraid not, but the shortcut keys are built-in in the operating system, not in powerbi. The buttons in powerbi also don't trigger shortcut keys. I also find that the direct use of shortcuts built will print out the navigation bar. It is a little different.
The best method is to print according to the settings of powerbi:
