I tried to insert anoter level to my hierarchy by clicking Insert Row Above within Group and bringing in another level.
I then tried to set the toggle visibility to work with this new level and I get this error:
"Toggle items must be text boxes that share the same scope as the hidden item or are in a scope that contains the hidden item, and cannot be contained within the current report item unless current grouping scope has a Parent"
The error is not very helpful. I have ReportLevel 2, ReportLevel1, and AccountLevel in that order.
ReportLevel2 was the new top level I put in and I modified ReportLevel1 to be toggle controlled by ReportLevel1.
What am I doing wrong?

Ok I think I solved it. Think the mistake I was making was when addeding the new row, I was selecting "add row within group" when I should have chosen "add row outside of grooup"
