Hello.
I published a new report on the report server, checked the data sources (specified logins and passwords), checked the connection, everything works. After that I made a schedule for the refresh. The schedule does not start automatically. I tried to start it manually, the status changed to "refreshing", but nothing happens (a few hours have passed). The report is small (one table, 600 records). Tried other reports with different sources, update doesn't work.
There are no errors in the logs.
I'm having the same issue with other reports and it's random , so some days refresh goes well , some others the only solution I've found is to delete and republish which is painful for many reasons (links change, RLS needs to be reaplied, etc). Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Raise a support ticket
You might need to raise a support ticket. It's possible something blocked the browser page from refreshing the status, but you should see something in the logs if the refresh did not work.
