My PowerBI report running fine for a year but until yesterday , all reports cannot refresh data as error detail below.

I have checked both Onprem data gateway software status is ready to be used and Online data gateway status also good to go.
Even try to upgrade version of Onprem data gateway software and reconfigure but doesn't help online reports can refresh data from the Onprem data gateway. anyone know how to check or fix this issue , please advise.
