The Reports lost the function to show datapoint on screen

Dear All 

Please need your help

I requested the update for software  to the Pro version and our reports lost the functionality to show the underlying data (data points) on screen.

I searched in permissions and settingds but there isn't nothing different

Maybe there is some security policy that has been activated?
