Switch to import mode

I have a problem with the switch from direct Query mode to import mode,  I have to qualify fo conditions like "no space" , or "no duplicates" but when I want to delete the duplicates or the spaces in my table it says it can't be done in direct Query mode. So I can't have the conditions to switch to Import mode because I'm the direct Query mode. So I don't know how to do.

Remove all relations > import your data > and then set relations
