Hi Everyone,
Someone already had this problem on the subscribe notification ?
When the members receive the notification at the PNG attached some informations comes in blank, but entering in the link report it seems OK.
Hi @k1ko92 ,
Please check the trace log containing the error messages to see if there are any exceptions. It is located by default in \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles
I wonder if you could reschedule the subscription for when the data source is at low workload. As lbendlin said, sometimes the high workload of the data source may affect the subscriptions.
Hope it helps,

Most of the time when this happens it is an indication that the service was overwhelmed at the time the PNG was rendered. Are you on shared or premium capacity? If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
