Hi,
Could you clarify this point, I 'm using a report server on premise.
I would like to setup a report subscription to receive a daily mail with the report.
My SMTP setup is done on the server.
I have all access to the report (admin right included)
But the window to create the susbcription is grey out.
Is it a limitation of powerbi report server ?
If yes, is there a workaround ?
Thanks.

Subscription available only for SSRS Report.

Hello, SolomonovAnton ,thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hi,@Zemotard . I am glad to help you.
Unfortunately, if the reports you want to configure for subscription plans are interactive pbix files created by Power BI Desktop (RS), such report files are not supported for subscription in Report Server Server.Report Server only supports subscription to paginated reports (and they are paginated reports created through report builder. Report Server only supports subscription to paginated reports (and paginated reports that are created through report builder, not paginated reports created on Power BI Service).
This is due to the fact that a number of the functions provided in the report Server web portal (including Scheduled Refresh and subscription of paginated reports) are essentially operations performed by the database located on the local server (SSMS).
The SQL Server Agent is invoked locally to perform a series of database automation operations.
Paginated reports essentially work as XML files that are supported for SQL Server Agent to operate on.
However, pbix files do not support local Agent operations.
You need to be in Power BI Service to perform the subscription function for pbix files.
The pbix file does not support make a subscription on the Report Server.
Paginated reports can be subscribed:
As SolomonovAnton suggested, Power BI Report Server only supports SSRS paginated reports subscription, if you want to implement PBIX report file subscription, you need to use Power BI Service.
PBIX report files, as very interactive report files, cannot be subscribed through SQL Server Agent (Report Server Web Protal provides a series of automation work essentially through SQL Server Agent).
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Carson Jian,

Hi,
The report is already created, but the subscription menu is not visible on the left:
Another idea maybe ?
Thanks
Hi,@Zemotard .I am glad to help you.
like this?
When I click on My subscriptions in the report server, the result is the same as yours, after clicking on it, a series of subscription actions are greyed out and unclickable.
This is not an issue, in fact this is a subscription list management screen where you manage all previously created paginated reports subscription plans (provided you have a subscription that has been successfully set up in the first place).
When none of the paginated reports subscription plans exist in the list, you are in the situation you are in now!
Recommendation:
You need to set up a subscription for one of the paginated reports first.
Like this:
Ensure that data source credentials for paginated reports are configured correctly
Click to subscriptions.
Destination selects E-Mail (you mention that you have successfully configured SMTP)
After successful creation, select the target subscription and click Run now to test!
You need to ensure that the SQL Server Agent is running.
After waiting for the subscription to complete, you can see the final result of the subscription you just set up (success or failure).
So the most important reason is that you currently need to click on a paginated reports and create a subscription plan for it before you can plan for it on the page you are displaying (In My subscriptions).
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Thanks for your answer, unfortunatly I have no menu subscription on the left.
Is it related to my version / licence or access right ? Or maybe because the data source is an excel file ?
Thanks.
on your screen it is settings of data source. You have to use settings of report
