Strange behavior in Report Builder

I have a Report builder where the NoRowsMessage on the Tablix is set, it display correctly when print to PDF or Print layout mode the word 'No Projects Under Construction' disappears. I tried many approaches but could not get it to show, like adding another table, or list or txt box but still no go. Ideas

 

 

The Ptrint Layout mode or PDF shows this

    Hi AuditTest ,

     

    This is strange behavior. 

    Could you please try changing page settings / size, and see if it helps? (Page setup option when viewing the report in Report Builder)
