Hello everyone,. I was hoping someone could help please. We have a dashboard that is working for 50 plus people, however there is one person where the visuals will not load and give the cannot display message intermittently . One minute they are fine, the next minuite they show the cannot display error message, it just doesnt make any sense.
I've checked and they have access to the report, to the dataset , there is no row level security etc
Is there anything I could check please??

Currently, the dashboard may not display visually in edge browsers, but it's possible to switch to Google Chrome, which works fine!

Sometimes browser addins can cause issues like this. Can you get this user to try using a different browser or test using an InPrivate window (where addins are not normally loaded) to see if this fixes the issue
@d_gosbell thank you for taking the time to reply. I've checked and they have the exact same extensions as everyone else (Microsoft Edge)
