Hi,
Since the beginning of June 2025, the UI on our report builder is absolutely tiny, and the design & interface on the reports are all over the place, but this hasn't affected the actual report.
Below is an example of what report builder UI now looks like:
As you can see, the 'Report Data' column, the folders are really small.
Also, the graphs and tables of the report are all over the place:
They are still looking into the issue based on the last email I got from Microsoft on my ticket. Once I get confirmation they are fixing I'll reply back to this thread.
Hi @RDAngeloEB,
Thank you for coming back and confirming, please get back to us when you have further update on this issue.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
Hi @KossithAz,
Hope everything’s going smoothly on your end. As we haven’t heard back from you, so I wanted to check if the issue got sorted after raising the support ticket. If yes, please share the solution here as that would be awesome for others who might run into the same thing.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
Hi Hammad,
Looks like our report builder has been updated yesterday, and opening it today, appears to be fixed now 🙂
Hi @KossithAz,
I'm glad to know that your issue has been resolved. Can you please provide the workaround you went through to solve your issue and mark it as solution so that it may help other community members facing the same issue.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
I've opened a case with MS for this, they are looking into it. Appears to be an issue with different resolutions of your monitor/screen. I was able to change them and then objects appeared correct. Wasn't an issue before, so I suspect something got out of whack when they updated it and it’s no longer scaling properly for various screen resolutions.
Hi @RDAngeloEB,
Could you please confirm if the issue has been resolved after raising a support case? If a solution has been found, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share your insights with the community. This would be helpful for other members who may encounter similar issues.
Thank you.
They are still working the case, the person from MS was able to replicate the issue and I shared more screen shots, just waiting for them to provide an update.
Hi @KossithAz,
As we haven’t heard back from you, so just following up to our previous message. I'd like to confirm if you've successfully resolved this issue or if you need further help.
Also @RDAngeloEB can you kindly update here after you get a solution from the Microsoft Support Team.
Best Regards,
Hammad.
Hi,
Still an on-going issue I'm afraid, just waiting for the update!
Hi @KossithAz,
As the issue is still there, you can reach out to Microsoft Support by raising a ticket with Microsoft Support.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
I hadn't raised a support case as I believe MS were already aware, so just waited for it to be updated I'm afraid!
What is the issue with the lastest version and share any screenshots please.
Hi ScreeniBattula,
I have provided screenshots already in the above post, the issue with 15.1.0.0 is that the UI of Report Builder has strunk considerably.
With the second screenshot, you can see the text/boxes are out of line with the graph etc.
This is your chance to engage directly with the engineering team behind Fabric and Power BI. Share your experiences and shape the future.
Check out the June 2025 Power BI update to learn about new features.
