Hi, @DiyaKeyplayer

Start by making sure the user has a Power BI Pro license. In the admin portal for the Power BI service, make sure that the SharePoint list visualization option is enabled for all users in your tenant. You can check the following link:

Create a report quickly from a SharePoint list or library in the Power BI service - Power BI | Micro...

If a list or document library contains folders, only the data in the root folder is displayed. Very large lists may be slow, or may time out altogether. SharePoint Online uses the Large List Resource Limit feature. By default, the list view threshold is configured to 5,000 items.

The number of items in this list exceeds the list view threshold - SharePoint | Microsoft Learn

Referred to the article provided by you the license is not required to create a report, a Power BI Pro license is used to enter the full edit experience, publish reports, access reports that others have published, or delete reports. It means the problem can't be related to the license.

Any other suggestion as to why are we getting this error?

Hi, @DiyaKeyplayer

Perhaps you can ask your administrator to go into the Power BI service management portal to see if this is enabled.
