SharePoint Data Shift Power BI Gateway

Hello,

Could you help me set up my Power BI report update through a gateway.
My data is in SharePoint, I am currently uploading xls and I would like my report to take into account the xls data that I am submitting at the end of the month.

    Is it SharePoint on-premise or SharePoint Online? Notably, SharePoint Online does not require a gateway.
