Server Needs Bounced - can't tell why

Hello. Every few weeks I run into an issue with my server where all of my refreshes stop working. I get no errors...they just hang. I also can no longer save any reports to the server. I can however still view all reports and pull things down.

We have determined that a remedy to this is to bounce the server but we can't see what if anything is wrong.

Can anyone point me in a direction to see what might be happening or know exactly what my issue is? Thanks!
