Send personalized reports automated

Hello,

I am searching for a tool for the following task (hopefully this can be done with Power BI)

I want to send a personalized advise to employees. I already have all the data, but I want to visualize their personalized advice and sent this to their personal e-mail. And I want this to be automated, since I need to send the advices to over 500 people. So each person gets their own personal data visualized. 

Is this possible? If so, how?
