I'm having an issue when I select a row on my table and go to print out the page. That specific row is "whited" out or blank across all columns. This is the first time I've made a report that I want to print out and need the information. Is there a way to prevent this row from being blank? Below are two screenshots I took. One of me selecting the row in the report. The other is of the pre-print page showing the empty row.
Thanks
@JBennett12Hi,
It's quite strange, and there might be multiple reasons for this issue. To troubleshoot, try the following steps one by one. Before attempting the troubleshooting, ensure you save your file. Additionally, keep in mind that certain changes may require a system or browser restart to take effect.
Here are a few potential solutions for this problem:
Try saving the file as a PDF: Export the report to a PDF file first and then try printing from the PDF.
Use a different browser: Sometimes, using a different browser can resolve display problems.
Check your print settings: Ensure the print settings of your browser or system are configured correctly.
Clear your browser's cache: Clearing the cache might resolve any cache-related issues.
Update Power BI: Ensure you have the latest version of Power BI installed. If not, update it to the latest version.
If none of the above solutions work, consider reaching out to Power BI support for further assistance.
Please try these steps and let me know if the issue persists or if you need any further help.
If this post helps to find solution would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution and give it a thumbs up
Best regards
