Scheduling a refresh on an excel FILE on Power BI

Hi All

Just wondering if this is possible. Can you schedule a refresh on an excel FILE as opposed to an excel data source?
e.g. I have an excel file that is connected to a SSAS cube. The excel file is used as the presentation layer. I now have uploaded the excel file into Power BI, using the upload button. Is there a way to get this file to refresh data connections on a daily basis?

I have tried to go to Manage but there is no menu option for refresh.
