Saving timestamp daily

Scenerio

I am connecting PBI report servver with Jira and getting the data from web

My data does not have a specific time stamp which keeps the track of date when the status of issue changes. 

Now, i am thinking to create a column in my data that record the date and state of the other columns 

new data will add as an row

forexample 1/10/23

x  y  date

1  2  1/10/23

on 1/11/23

x  y  date

1  2  1/10/23

4  8 1/11/23

I am using Today function as a new measure but it is only showing me today's data

Power BI has no memory, and no concept of global variables. You need to do that in the upstream system.

Load your web data into a database and add the timestamp automatically during load ( using a default value of getdate() for example). Then access that database table from Power BI.
