SSRS Report does not show in chrome for all user

Hi 

we have used power BI and SSRS for our organization since two years ago. suddenly, from two days ago, the whole SSRS reports have stayed at loading stage on some clients and do not show on chrome and edge browsers. we tried a lot of proposed solution such as upgrading report server to 2022 version and restarting different sql services. can any body help me to solve this issue?

Please post the contents of the console log from the browser.
