SSRS Migration to Power BI Report Server ssrs_migration.rss

We are trying to migrate SSRS to Power BI Report server and was suggested by microsoft to download the ssrs_migration.css from https://github.com/Microsoft/sql-server-samples/blob/master/samples/features/reporting-services/ssrs... But I dont see any link over there in GITHUB to download. from GITHUB do we need to copy the raw file for SSRS-Migration.rss file? IS there any option over there to download?

I was able to able to download from github and use the code it worked as expected.
