SSRS EXPRESSION TO ADD TWO ROWS of Numbers

I have this table below in SSRS and I am required to add the value 1 under Sur to 1,847 under Sur. The record other will no longer be displayed but will be added to other Other Parishes value of 1,847+1. I need help with the expression
