I want to know about
MS Report builder
MS SQL Server Mobile Report Publisher
POWER BI Report builder
Power bi desktop version
Now i want to to practise SSRS / SSIS/ SSAS with power bi .. so on which tool should i practise ? which is latest ?
initially first i create dataset on MS Report builder and save on cloud . like on this
http://desktop-fn84eoh/RS_WP/browse
and then from this i use import databset on MS SQL Server Mobile Report Publisher ... but i face error like "could not connect to data"
so i am very much confused.. like power bu desktop has also analysis service option ..

Hi @capricon ,
I'am sorry, each tool can be adapted to different situations, depending on the type of report the user wants to create, etc.
To SSIS: SSIS you need to use other tools to use, for example: SSMS.
To SSRS: SSRS allows the creation of paged reports (traditional tabular reports) and Power BI reports (interactive visualizations). If you want to analyze data , you can choose to download power bi desktop(RS).
To SSAS: Power BI Desktop can connect to SSAS models.

Hi @capricon ,
MS Report Builder:
MS Report Builder is a powerful tool for creating paged reports, also known as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports. It allows you to design and publish reports that can be accessed through a web portal or exported to various formats (PDF, Excel, etc.).
MS SQL Server Mobile Report Publisher:
If you want to practice SSRS,SSIS and SSAS alongside Power BI , Power BI desktop is your go-to tool.
Start with Power BI Desktop since it covers a wide range of scenarios, including interactive visualizations, data modeling, and connecting to various data sources.
For paginated reports, use Power BI Report Builder (for Power BI service) or explore other modern alternatives.
