Row level security in new workspaces does not work

Row level security is enabled for new workspaces? Does it work?

I have problems with row level security when I publish in the new workspaces. It does not work and all the data is shown. What I can do?

When I publish the same report with the same row level security in the old workspaces, all is rigth.
