Resources exceeded error and Couldn't load the data for this visual

Hi all,

I have encountered an error message in the dashboard that says 'Couldn't load the data for this visual'. In my published version the error message is 'Resources Exceeded'. Has anyone encountered this issue before and how do you solve this? Btw I don't have PBI Pro/Premium account.
