I have a question. Can I export the report I made in Power BI to Power BI Report Builder using Power BI Report Server? I don't want to redesign the paginated reports in Power BI Report Builder. Thank you.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are asking if you can convert between Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder then the answer is no, these are fundamentally different.

If you are asking if you can move paginated reports from the cloud service to an on-prem Report Server then the answer is yes as the RDL format is the same.

If you have some other question can you try re-phrasing it?
