Reporting Services 2019 Report Server cascade parameter update for linked reports
has the cascading parameter bug been fixed in 2019 release. For 2012,2014,2016 releases when a parameter was updated in the master report, the update would not propagate to linked reports.
The workaround was to create a new parameter on the master report, which would then cause the linked reports to update.

I can't say that this is a problem I'm familiar with. Can you describe how to reproduce this issue?
