Report to report link in Paginated report

Hi , 

I have a requirement to jump to the new report by passing dataset values for each row. 

I amusing above expression which is not working with syntax error.

You have an extra & symbol on the end which is not valid syntax. Removing that might fix the issue. Otherwise if you can paste the exact error message it would help as typically syntax errors will give some detail at least about the position of the error.
